I, Krishnaveni R, began my journey at Triveni in 1995 on a contract basis and I was the second female employee at the Company and quickly came to regard Triveni as my second home. My colleagues are respectful and supportive. I reported to Mr. Srinivasan, the Accounts Head at the time. My initial job responsibilities included maintaining the Fixed Asset Register, issuing Forms C, D, and F and subsequent follow-up, as well as assisting with various office tasks.

As the Company migrated from Tally to ERP and SAP, I was fortunate to be a core member during the SAP implementation. Under the guidance of Raman Kumar, the current HOD to whom I report today, I learned many advanced Excel operations for internal and external customers. The Company has recognized my performance, and I have been elevated to higher positions and responsibilities over time.

My day starts with administrative tasks and prioritizing based on urgency and importance. During the transition to SAP, a major challenge was that the Fixed Asset Register was not configured in SAP according to the new Companies Act of 2013. Therefore, I had to derive calculations manually. I streamlined costing in SAP and prepared the COGS to align with the P&L account. Additionally, I prepared various statements to meet different audit requirements. I also devised multiple Excel and pivot table reports to provide consolidated information.

Currently I am a Presiding Member of the Internal Complaints Committee as per Sec. 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act 2013.

Triveni's culture of innovation inspires me to continually seek new ways to improve processes and efficiency in my role. For example, I was involved in the development and implementation of a mobile app for asset management, which streamlined the physical verification of assets.
